Qashio is a global fintech company, dual-headquartered in Dubai and Dublin, helping businesses simplify corporate spending, payments and financial operations.

We're growing quickly and looking for a creative, ambitious content specialist to help tell our story.

The Role

We're looking for someone who knows how to turn a good idea into great content.

You'll work closely with our CEO and leadership team to build their social media presence, develop engaging content and strengthen Qashio's voice across digital channels.

This is a hands-on role for a natural storyteller who loves writing, understands what makes people stop scrolling and can bring fresh ideas to the table.

What You'll Do

• Own and develop our CEO's LinkedIn presence, creating engaging, relevant and original content.

• Work with our leadership team to build their personal brands and share their perspectives.

• Write compelling social media posts, articles, announcements and thought leadership content.

• Turn conversations, business updates and industry trends into interesting, shareable stories.

• Develop content calendars and manage the planning, creation and publishing of content.

• Create engaging visual content using tools such as Canva and other creative platforms.

• Support wider company communications, campaigns and PR activities.

• Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.

• Keep up with social media trends and bring new ideas to our content strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, communications or a related field.

• Exceptional writing skills. You know how to write clearly, creatively and with personality.

• A strong understanding of LinkedIn and what makes professional content engaging.

• A natural storyteller who can take complex topics and make them interesting.

• Strong attention to detail and an excellent command of English.

• A creative eye and some experience with content creation tools such as Canva.

• Someone proactive, curious and comfortable working directly with senior leaders.

• An interest in business, technology, fintech or entrepreneurship.
