About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive business growth by proactively identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients.

You will build a strong understanding of each client’s needs, recommend tailored solutions, and guide opportunities through to close. Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and qualify new leads using our database and market insights.

• Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls and clearly communicate the value of our solutions.

• Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable listing packages available on propertyfinder.ae .

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio and confidently present and demonstrate our offerings.

• Apply a consultative sales approach by researching clients, presenting compelling value propositions, addressing objections, recommending effective solutions, and establishing clear next steps.

• Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up with prospects, identify key decision-makers, and deliver a personalized sales experience.

• Negotiate contracts effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.

• Use internal data and insights to refine your sales approach and improve performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.

• Guide new clients through onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

• Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field.

• Two to three years of experience in an outbound call centre, inside sales, or a related sales role.

• Strong listening, communication, and consultative selling skills.

• Proven ability in financial negotiation, objection handling, competitive positioning, and problem-solving.

• Excellent telephone manner and cold-calling skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional customer-service skills.

• A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
