About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level digital designer with a broad skill set and the ability to deliver a wide variety of creative and conceptual work in support of the company’s B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret creative briefs and develop innovative marketing concepts and initiatives.
- Use emerging technology platforms—particularly AI—to bring maximum creativity and value to every project.
- Design and produce engaging digital content, including:
- Email templates
- Branding kits
- Social media communications
- Campaign deliverables
- Presentation decks
- Maintain consistency across designs and content on all company platforms.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Advise on the creative direction and aesthetic of campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
- Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify opportunities for improvement.
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a professional digital design role.
- A portfolio of online and offline design work demonstrating creativity, experience, and impact—including engagement across social media.
- Strong experience with AI prompting for image, video, sound, and voice-over generation.
- Proficiency with AI-generation platforms such as Magnific and Higgsfield.
- Familiarity with AI models and tools such as Google Nano Banana, Kling, and Seedance for video generation.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including:
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Premiere Pro
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and campaign concepts clearly.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- The ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset, supported by exceptional organizational and technical skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field is a plus.
