The Corporate Marketing lead s erves as the bridge between Marketing and Commercial, owning the growth and activation of new and existing partners across Loyalty, Subscription, and Corporate Partnerships. Advises Commercial and Procurement on which partners to pursue and under what terms. Owns execution of new and existing agreements from go-to-market campaign planning to product feature integration, ensuring every partnership delivers on its contractual obligations, deadlines, and member value.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:
- Build vertical-level penetration plans: map which categories move the needle most on member perceived value, and recommend acquisition priorities to Commercial and Procurement accordingly.
- Advise Commercial and Procurement on which partners to pursue. Maintain a prioritized target list across lifestyle, dining, retail, travel, wellness, entertainment, and services, aligned with strategic objectives.
- Identify premium, differentiated offer opportunities that keep program members active and that competitors cannot easily copy: exclusive perks, member-only pricing, bundled experiences, early access, and premium tier upgrades.
- Directly advise on offer terms, exclusivity windows, co-marketing commitments, and performance metrics with pace and commercial sharpness, so deals close in a form Marketing can execute.
- Create and coordinate go-to-market communication plans with internal stakeholders to drive adoption of new partner benefits and initiatives (e.g. launch timelines, channel plans, partner co-marketing assets, and post-launch performance readouts).
- Manage all active partnerships across Loyalty, Subscription, and Corporate Partnerships, serving as lead point of contact for ongoing contracts and agreements across the Marketing function.
- Maintain healthy partner relationships through a regular engagement rhythm with business reviews, performance check-ins, and proactive issue resolution.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships (e.g. new offers, extended exclusivity, additional categories, or deeper co-marketing), and present to leadership with a clear commercial case.
- Analyze market intelligence and feed it into Product, Marketing, and Leadership — flag whitespace opportunities and positioning gaps before they become problems.
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in partnership marketing, partner or account management, loyalty, or commercial marketing, ideally in a B2C platform or consumer brand.
- Proven experience activating and growing a portfolio of external partners after deal close: launch execution, relationship ownership, contract and obligation tracking, renewals, and expansion.
- Experience working with Product and Tech teams to integrate partner benefits or features — comfortable turning commercial terms into product requirements.
- Working understanding of loyalty, rewards, or membership programs — offer mechanics, redemption, and what drives member perceived value.
- CRM discipline: Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent. Partner records and contract trackers are live documents.
- Strong written and verbal English. Arabic fluency is a significant advantage for Qatar and GCC partner relationships.

- Experience in a super-app, e-commerce, fintech, or platform business where partnerships are a strategic lever.
- Experience with corporate partnerships, employee benefits, or B2B2C discount programs.
- Existing network of marketing or partnership leads at brands, restaurant groups, hotels, gyms, retailers, or experience providers in Qatar or the GCC.
