Role Overview

As a key contributor to Property Finder’s success, the Account Manager is responsible for retaining and growing an established portfolio of customers within a designated emirate.

Through strategic account management, consultative support, and data-driven insights, the role helps customers maximize the value of Property Finder’s solutions. The Account Manager builds trusted, long-term relationships, manages renewals, reduces churn, and identifies relevant cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Bonus compensation is linked to the achievement of key performance targets, including customer retention, renewals, account growth, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of Property Finder’s solutions portfolio and act as a trusted adviser to customers.

• Manage a designated portfolio of existing real estate brokerage accounts.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Take ownership of the complete account lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, renewal, and account growth.

• Conduct regular account reviews to understand customers’ objectives, challenges, performance, and evolving needs.

• Use customer data and performance insights to recommend solutions that improve engagement and return on investment.

• Proactively monitor account health, identify renewal risks, and implement appropriate retention plans.

• Manage the renewal process from initial engagement through negotiation, agreement, and contract completion.

• Identify relevant cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customers’ needs and business objectives.

• Prepare and present tailored renewal proposals, account plans, and commercial recommendations.

• Ensure customers understand and effectively use their selected advertising and property-listing solutions.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and coordinate internal support when required.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity, renewal opportunities, risks, and commercial discussions in Salesforce CRM.

• Produce reliable weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts for renewals, retention, and revenue.

• Negotiate renewal terms and finalize agreements while protecting both customer value and Property Finder’s commercial interests.

• Collaborate with customers and internal finance teams to ensure timely payment and account reconciliation.

• Work closely with internal departments to address customer requests and deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Share customer feedback and insights with relevant teams to support continuous improvements to products, services, and processes.

The Person

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• At least three years of professional experience in account management, customer success, retention, or renewals within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.

• A proven record of retaining customers, managing renewals, reducing churn, and growing existing accounts.

• Strong relationship-management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers.

• A consultative approach and the ability to understand customers’ commercial objectives and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret customer data and identify opportunities to improve return on investment.

• An exceptional customer-service mindset and the patience to address a range of customer needs.

• Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to communicate confidently with key decision-makers.

• An understanding of the real estate industry is desirable.

• A proactive, influential, and highly motivated approach, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Solid experience using CRM tools; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
